#movembermixtape

Do you know those old cassette tapes?

the ones on which you could record songs on. sometimes you’d make a mixtape for your mate or a girl you wanted to impress.

well, I don’t remember it but someone that was a teenager in the ’80s and 90’s might.

If you don’t remember it, that is fine but you understand the concept of it. Well, this week’s episode is a movember mixtape.

I HAVE PUT TOGETHER AN EPISODE THAT MIXES ADVICE FROM PREVIOUS EPISODES, TED TALKS, SPEAKERS ON MENTAL HEALTH AND POETRY TO MAKE A MIXTAPE OF MENTAL HEALTH.

So there are multiple guests in this episode that are talking about all things mental health. It is a mixture of the previous episodes, Talks, Ted Talks and poetry. The episode touches on black men's mental health experience, finding yourself, positive mental health and self-care.

PS. I don’t own the rights to any of theses videos and I am not making any money off it. I have wrote this because I don’t know the rules of using other materials that are public in podcasts. so don’t sue me, you won’t get much

Here are some of the videos from the podcast

Gratitude is something so small but can have a powerful impact on our overall happiness. Here is a challenge for you!

Each morning state one thing that you are grateful for. Try this for a week at first. you might not notice anything but keep trying and you will see how your outlook on life changes.

I am happy because I’m grateful. I choose to be grateful. That gratitude allows me to be happy.
