What box do I tick? – Guardian Ballers, Mental Health and Young people with Kieran Joseph
Today’s conversation is with the CEO of Guardian Ballers. Kieran Joseph has created a social programme that marries the simplicity of playing basketball and using the sport as a way to support young people with their mental health. We talk about how Kieran started GB and the ways in which young people are talking about mental health. Kieran also talks about his experiences as a teacher and what it is like being a mixed raced person. I hope you enjoy this conversation; you can listen to the podcast on any platform you listen to podcasts.

In addition, the hormones released when we exercise have an immense benefit for our brains. I think this video perfectly explains the positive benefits of mental health
