Is Being An Entrepreneur Easy? Does Work/Life Balance Exist? Conversations with Ndubuisi Uchea

Join Ndu and me in discussing his life as an entrepreneur. Ndu and Hayel created Word On the Curb. Their company is a research and consultancy company that works with brands to reach their audiences. Word on the Curb is empowering gen-z and millennials to bring their stories to life. They aim to represent the underrepresented and by doing this are helping to create a world whereby they are represented in the fullness of their lives

Ndu and I discuss so many great topics in this episode such as being your own boss, starting a business, work/life balance, diversity and inclusion and so much more.

One of the campaigns that word of the curb conducted was their response to knife crime in chicken shops by the government. I remember looking at this and really liking how they responded to the government.

It was interesting to talk about being an entrepreneur and whether you can manage a work-life balance. Whenever I listen to successful people they always talk about sacrifice and that to be successful you need to sacrifice. I wholly believe that but I also strive for balance in my life so I wonder if it is possible to have balance and be successful.

wHAT DO YOU THINK?
