On today’s episode of the podcast, I speak with Timothy Stewart who is currently a coach, speaker and Author but before all of this. He had been addicted to drugs for numerous years. At the age of 40, he found himself homeless, hopeless, and penniless. He had 2 pairs of pants, 2 shirts and about $8 dollars in my pocket. He had been in the Air Force, attended NYU, worked for IBM and UPS, and spent a number of years in corporate America, yet he was a very broken human being. He was spiritually, emotionally, and physically bankrupt. The good life was a thing of the past, and he felt broken, in despair and like he felt like giving up on life. Timothy discusses how he broke the cycle of addiction and how he is now helping others to reach their potential.

We talk about his childhood and how older men in his life impacted him negatively and positively. We also discuss the issues with rehabs and how our thinking could be the problem we aren’t tackling. In addition, we talk about positive affirmations, his 12 principles and TalkManTalk.

I hope you enjoy this episode, here are some links you can use to find out more about Timothy.
